Taking slowly boat trip to admire peaceful and breathtaking scenery inboth side of  Mekong river. We say goodbye our Laos team in Huay Xai and hello Thai Teams.we will cycle through rustic village and hilly road lead to Chiang Rai. Enjoy stunning scenery and tropical forest on the way to Chiang Mai.

Day 1: Hanoi - Arrival

Welcome to Vietnam. Arriving at Noi Bai International Airport,Snail adventure tour guide and driver will greet and pick you up to the hotel at the heart of Hanoi capital. Hanoi, the antique and dynamic city of Vietnam, reserves a unique old world charm and several of the most striking colonial architecture of Asia. After the checking-in,Take relax by your own and do briefing itinerary with our guide for coming days. enjoy a cyclo ride through the bustling streets in the Old Quarter to discover the ancient and modern beauty of Hanoi. After the tour, you will be warmly welcome with a special welcoming dinner in a typical Vietnamese food restaurant. Stay overnight in Hanoi :

Day 2: Hanoi – Duong Lam Village – Thanh Son

Having hearty breakfast in hotel, the shuttle bus take us  out of bustling city along Red river  to Chem village. you are rewarded by breathtaking scenery, delightful sightseeing. Upon arriving cycling point,we commence cycling on scenic route, passing many cozy villages and verdant farms to Trung Twin sister temple where commemorate Two great ladies who led Vietnamesse people fought against  Chinese invader from 40 – 43 AD, is the source of inspiration for the patriotic tradition and the anti-foreign aggression of the Vietnamese people
 we have lunch in local restaurant. Following lunch, we commence to ride along Dariver bank to Thanh Son Town. We also enjoy leisurely space on gradual tarmac road, passing dozens of coin and rice paddy fields. Admire peaceful villages as we cycle through villages and villages. Arriving in Thanh Son  town.late afternoon. Do check in and have dinner in hotel

Day 3:Thanh Son – Nghia Lo

Start early from hotel, we hop up our bike on grave road along Red River again, Admire gum tree, cinamon tree, green tea farm and rice terrace paddy are highlight in our cycling trip today. We cycle along the River bank gradually ascending in midway and  down hill to Tran Phu for lunch. After lunch we continue to ride descending to Muong Lo rice terrace paddy. You will admire  vast verdant rice and stunning sightseeing on the way. Arriving in Nghia Lo late afternoon. Do check in and enjoy cold beer for refreshment. Hanve dinner and stay overnight in Nghia lo Hotel.

Day 4: Nghia Lo – Tu Le-  Mu Cang Chai

This day starts with a visit to the local market in Nghia Lo Town, a chance to explore and shop for local handicrafts.market is meeting point of ethnic minorities in the North Vietnam, visiting and taking pictures is great impressive experiences.
Cycling through three villages with extraordinary stunning rice terraces which are listed as National Rice Terraces Heritages of Vietnam, and undulating road along river lead to Mu CangChai Ecolodge
we are rewarded by the outstanding features of the landscape, fresh air in the morning, we reach on summit, coffee,tea, snack are available for you before descending to Mu Cang Chai,
Mu Cang Chai is a poor district of Yen Bai Province  with 85% population, is H’Mong people who are the  Host of National Rice Terrace Beauty
we start riding from hotel to Tu Le, today is leisure day with 45 km cycling  on undulating road, through picturesque valley, fascinating rice paddies, stop for lunch en route before riding ascent 8 km to slope to take view magnificient Tu Le town and breathtaking scenery,Rolling down to Town.
Following to lunch meal, we start cycling with incredible long climb pass (Khau Pa pass 25 km long), then  through three villages with extraordinary stunning rice terraces which are listed as National Rice Terraces Heritages of Vietnam, and undulating road along river lead to Mu CangChai Ecolodge.

Day 5: Mu Cang Chai – Son La

Enjoy tasty breakfast in Ecolodge, we kick off our bikes  from lovely place, look forward to amazing scenery and landscape today. Cycling through untouched region with colorful hill tribes villages and rice terrace paddy field.
We cycle on newly paved road and along river to observe two giant hydropower in North Vietnam. Have lunch enroute. After lunch, we continue our trip to Son La city

Day 6: Son La – Tuan Giao

Today is great day and challenging for all most riders.  We  will do conquer  and challenge one of the longest pass “Pa Din Pass” link between Son La and Tuan Giao with 32 km long ( 18km ascent, 14 km desent) Start from Hotel, we ride ascent 7 km out of Son La Town, then descent  new asphalt road, through stunning, rural scenery where limestone mountains rise out of the valley floor. We reach to Summit stop for refreshment, and photo moment . Checking the gear, brake before rolling down 12 km to Tuan Giao Town.

Day 7: Tuan Giao – Dien Bien

Today is amazing cycling trip with us, we cycling on undulating route in the morning, pass fascinated scenery and stunning rice terrace. Challenge 7 km steep pass at the middle then descendingly ride to Dien Bien Phu.
You will contemplate picturesque scenery, breathtaking rugged limestone mountain range on the way. Our trip will arrive Dien Bien phu city early afternoon. Do check in and spend the rest of time to visit Dien Bien Phu city, Historical relics of Dien Bien Phu campaign.

Day 8: Dien Bien Phu – Cross Border – Muang Khuar – Good Bye Vietnam – Hello Laos

We start early from hotel head to North West  Tay Trang Border Gate, we will ride on tarmac road  through city, Muong Thanh Rice paddy before escending 15 km long to Border. On the way, you look overview fomer Dien Bien Phu Battle field and have answer for question why French troop defeated.upon arriving in Tay Trang International Border, you will do check point, say good bye Vietnamese team and meet Laos team  . do check in and get stamp for Visa in Laos Border. Fix your bike and cycling first down hill . enjoy picturesque nature. Stop for lunch en route.  Following lunch time, we continue to ride up hill before rolling down to Nam O river. Cross river to Muang Khua where we stay first night in Laos

Day 9: Muang Khuar – Oudomsay

Following hearty breakfast in hotel, we kick off our pedal head to east direction to  Udom xai province. You enjoy fresh nature and purified atmosphere, dreamlike scenery. Meeting with friendly Kho Mu tribe and their families. We ride on undulated  tarmac road lead to Udomxai, have picnic  lunch enroute. After lunch, we continue to ride in Hotel.

Day 10: Oudomsay – Pakmong - NongKhiaw

Today is great  and amazing day in our cycling trip in laos, we conquere some stiff passes on the Route 13 North. Start riding from Hotel, the road starts to wind upwards and we start the first of series escendings through high mountains, admire incredible scenic beauty on the way, explore Hmong hill tribal people who are known as originally live in high elevation in Northern Laos, informer times, they lived on growing opium. Upon arriving in  summit, snack, tea, coffee and soft drinks are available for you. We continue  riding  and counting the second and the third passes.  have picnic lunch on slope while taking overview marvelous nature beauty. After lunch meal, we check our pedal, brake for long long down hill.  At the end of descend, we arrive our destination at Pak Mong, a village that marks the junction at where the road turns towards Luang PraBang. Upon arival in Pakmong take transfer to Nong Khiaw

Day 11: Nong Khiaw– Luang Prabang

Start early in the morning, we ride on the Route 13 North head to Luang Prabang. On the way we expose the hidden charm of landscapes and hill tribal people. Enjoy undulating tarmac road while cycling to Luang Prabang. The last 30 km to Luang Prabang, we turn off the single track and dirt road along Mekong river, pass through numerous hill tribal villages, stop over in Buddha cave. Keep riding to Luang Prabang city for staying overnight.

Day 12: Luang Prabang – KuangSi Waterfall – Luang Prabang

Following to breakfast in hotel. We take  a great 30 km bike ride outside of Luang Prabang on paved road to Kuang Si Waterfall, the most beautiful waterfall in the area surrounded with lush jungle. You can swim, visit an Asiatic Bear Sanctuary, and explore the local jungle. After the great ride and a refreshing swim, we’ll enjoy a cruise on a long boat up the mighty Mekong River return to Luang Prabang

Day 13: Luang prabang – Oudomsay

After hearty breakfast in in hotel., we make warm up our first leg of the tour by riding to Pakmeng. We then start climbing throught some of the regions’s last remaining  rain forest before entering  the central highland of Laos. We will take in spectacular views across the rugged mountain in an area that suffered extraordinarily heavy bombing during secret War against th American in the early 1970. We then descend through Hmong villages to the town of Udomxai where the various languages of the area mingle with smells of the produce at the market.

Day 14: Oudomsay – Pakberg

With tonight's hotel awaiting us 144 km / 89 mi away, today is set to be an epic day of riding! If some people aren’t up for the whole ride, we will make transfers as necessary to cover the distance. We set off on our bikes from Udom Xai along broken road and dirt tracks, coming into contact with locals along the way. The population here is made up of an astonishing 23 ethnic groups. Sharing the trail with colourful vehicles and livestock, we’ll get a glimpse of real rural life in Asia. We’ll have a picnic lunch before heading south to Pakbeng along the Beng River.

Day 15: Pakberng – Huaixay

today we get a chance to relax and recover from our long ride the day before. We will board another slow boat and cruise upstream along the Mekong River from Pakbeng to Huai Xai, stopping to visit riverside villages along the way. The Mekong is the biggest river in Laos and there is a great deal of life that occurs along the river. If we're lucky we'll see elephants bathing along the riverbank, as well as fishermen casting lines wrapped around water bottles. Women and children can be seen washing clothes and playing in the water. Late afternoon we'll arrive in Huai Xai and check in to our hotel for our last night in Laos.

Day 16: Huaixay – Chiang Khong

After breakfast we'll cross the border into Thailand via a bridge. We'll say goodbye to our Laotian guide and hello to our Thai guide and driver. We'll get equipped with a new set of bicycles and set off riding along the Mekong River and through the tropical Thai countryside. We finish with a long climb to our lodge in the middle of a Hmong village with spectacular views of the pristine valley. After we get settled, we’ll have tea with the shaman and learn some Hmong customs. There is free time in the evening to relax or wander through the village experiencing the local daily life of villagers in this community; children playing soccer and their parents physically working off of the land. Our first Thai dinner will be served on the deck of our lodge.

Day 17: Chiang Khong – Chiang Rai

We start today with a short transfer by vehicle to Chiang Saen, located in the south of the Golden Triangle. We'll stop at one of the ancient temples here for a quick look before getting back on our bikes for the day. The terrain today is a mixture of dirt and paved undulating roads with some flat sections. We'll cycle past plantations of rubber, terraced rice paddies where water buffalo plow through the fields with sowing seeds into the earth. We'll get to our hotel in Chiang Rai mid afternoon and highly suggested this evening is taking a tuktuk to the Night Market and pampering yourself with a wonderful Thai massage. Overnight in Chiang Rai.

Day 18: Chiang Rai – Mae Lalak

We start with a big breakfast this morning, refueling for today's ride. We leave the provincial capital of Chiang Rai and follow the Mae Kok River through remote countryside. After stopping at a hot spring, we ride off-road jeep tracks along the river through small villages and a wide variety of crops. We'll make a stop at Wat Run Khun, Thailand's white temple, which is likely the most unique temple in the country. We continue by bike and end at Mae Salak, a small town with a traditional resort by a river. The rooms have a splendid view of the river and the lodge is situated next to a Lahu village. Here the local children will perform traditional music and dance.

Day 19: Mae Salak – Chai Prakan

Today’s ride is flat compared to the previous day and we will complete the distance fairly quickly. After an early breakfast we ride on back roads through small villages before arriving in Fang to stop for lunch. In the afternoon we continue riding, catching sights of farmers working their fields and orchards. We overnight in a comfortable Thai-style inn.

Day 20: Chai Prakan – Chiang Dao

Today’s ride is a real treat for mountain bikers as we tackle some outstanding mountain trails cut by local hill tribes. From the trailhead, we ride dirt roads through rice fields and soaring limestone cliffs. Along the way we will meet Akha, Lisu, Lau, and Palaung people. The colourful Palaung are recent migrants and we will see their women adorned with heavy brass waistbands working the fields. After lunch at a Forestry Camp we continue our ride to the Chiang Dao caves and temple retreat.

Day 21: Chiang Dao – Chiang mai 

Today we cycle away from our resort on an elephant trail through the forest. We will then travel along nice country roads to our scenic lunch spot at a refreshing waterfall. Next we enjoy some great singletrack riding through a scenic teak forest. When we come out of the reservoir again, we’ll hop on a boat for an afternoon cruise. From here, it’s a short transfer to Chiang Mai where we have earned a well deserved rest.
